Returns

Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. Once 15 days have passed, returns will no longer be available. To be eligible for a full return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must also be returned in its original packaging. To complete your return and refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender and are non-refundable. Returns for damaged or missing items will only be possible if the customer noted a reservation of rights when accepting delivery from the courier.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days of the return being accepted.

Please note: full refunds are not always guaranteed for items purchased on sale or at a discount; however, you will receive a store credit voucher to use in our online shop.
